Could Piccolo have eternal youth?

What Browser do you use? Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fairy Tail, and Naruto.	Piccolo was the reincarnation of King Piccolo and he didn't age like a normal namek. He seemed to quickly go to the age he was previously at as King Piccolo. Is it possible that Piccolo has eternal youth since his father did?

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Piccolo's appearance has grown progressively sharper over time. At the end of Dragon Ball Z he's shown with lough lines so I think it's safe to say he has aged. Namekians just have a much longer life span than other species like humans and Saiyans.

Maybe they become adults very quickly and slowly age into their elderly selves. Although given how that didn't happen with Dende, it could be that Piccolo's rapid aging during the Piccolo Jr saga was due to him being a mutant, like the rest of King Piccolo's hellspawn army.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	King Piccolo didn't have eternal youth. He just wished to be restored to a younger age. So... youth, yes. Eternal, no. As for why Piccolo Jr grew up so quickly, I like to think that's just a typical Warrior-type Namekian thing. Remember, being a Warrior-type isn't just a job description, they're a special breed of Namekian who are birthed especially to be stronger and more battle-suited so they can be protectors. It'd make a lot of sense if part of that was rapidly sprouting up to adult size within just a few years.

How much older does Piccolo look in the latter image?
